Excercise and HG - tongue in cheek poll

Postby terrierhead » Jun 11, 2007 2:41 pm

My doctor, who keeps urging me to eat more (bless her) also talks to me regularly about the benefits of mild exercise. I'm trying to walk the dog each day; my entire neighborhood knows about the HG now because they've all seen me :sickfast: into doggie clean-up bags. Surely explaining HG to all of those people counts as a workout, too.

What sorts of exercise are you doing during your HG pregnancy?

Occasionally I break into a slight jog on my way to :sickfast: in the bathroom. Other than that, I count turning over in bed exercise at this point. And showering... usually need a nap afterward!

He, he. I had GD, so my dietitian was constantly on me about what to eat, and exercising. Thank god she was kind and sympathetic, so she'd say things like, "If you can, you should try to..."

But still... It was a major accomplishment when I could shower...
