Postby Megs25 » Apr 10, 2007 5:09 am

Hi Guys,

If any Australian are interested in a meet and greet, I'd love to organise it.

I'm in Victoria.

Any takers?

Unfortunately for myself I have no visits to Victoria planned, but great idea, hope you get some takers.

Is there anyone (apart from myself) from Adelaide?

Hi Megs,

I'm in Brisbane, would love to meet with others once I get through myself and the vomiting stops (12 days till C-section) ! Wish you were in QLD!
Good luck

Hi Megs what part of Victoria do you live in. I am close to Wodonga if that helps. Kell.

Hi

I am in Melbourne ( Sandringham) and would be interested in talking or meeting up. I also have a Madeleine, ( 21 months old), and had severe HG. Am contemplating having another child but terrified to be pregnant again.

Would love to hear from you.

Karen

I don't know how I missed this thread earlier...

I'm in Melbourne (Brunswick)... I'm actually fairly new to Australia (we moved here last August) so I'd love to meet some locals! HG has kept me homebound and pretty isolated, but now that I'm 28 weeks on Monday, I'm a little more mobile and feeling slightly better and up to getting out. We rely on trams, so I'd be limited as to where we meet, but could do my best and the trams seem to run most everywhere anyway.

Just PM me if anyone is still interested.

I just messaged all the VIC girls to arrange a catch up. If you're in VIC and didn't receive a PM from me, and are interested in catching up with fellow HG sufferers in VIC, please email me at megsandadam@bigpond.com

Cheers

Hi Megs
A Vic catch up sounds good, I will email you to make plans. Im in Bendigo and 7 weeks pg so travelling is not really on the agenda right now, but in a few weeks I should be feeling okay for a trip to Melbourne for some shopping. We could meet at a shopping centre or something, I usually go to Highpoint but Knox is more out your way I think?? Anyway, will email soon and we can make some definite plans. :D

Hello ladies,
This is Ann Marie with the HER Foundation. I received an email this morning from a local journalist from the Gold Coast in Queensland. She is looking for a local expert to speak with on HG. Do you ladies have any doctors whom you would feel good about her speaking with? Please let me know.

Thank you,
