I would love a buddy, I am newly diagnosed and I am 8 weeks pregnant. I live in NJ and would love to hear from anyone about there hyperemesis and what seems to work best for them.

I am not computer savvy enough to copy her post oer here, but in Stories of Grief there is a post from REBECCA, an hger who desperately needs some support. A couple of us have recommended a buddy but she is really in the thick of it -- I imagine reading the computer and/or typing are pretty rough -- so I thought I'd try to get the ball rolling for her.

I would love a buddy! I went through HG with my first pregnancy. My son is now 1 and we are expecting #2 in late July. I've been hospitalized a few times already, and I'm at the point where I think that may be the outcome again soon! I'm getting plenty of help with my child, but this has been rough on my husband and I. We're still going strong, but impatiently awaiting the end of the suffering!

I would love to have someone I could speak with. I live in Gaithersburg Maryland. I am about 6 weeks pregnant. I have a 2 1/2 year old son who I went through this with. I was preg. last year and ended because I was so ILL!! Nothing was working. I am on Zofran right now and it helps a little.

Hi, Amanda. You're right in the thick of it right now, so it's really a matter of living minute to minute. What activities are you still needing to do every day? HGers learn pretty quickly that they just cannot function during the worst of it; I hope you have support to help out so you can rest as much as possible.

MY NAME IS KRISTAL WARREN, THIS IS MY 3RD PREGNANCY- 1ST:HG NOT THAT BAD, 2ND-OUT THE ENTIRE TIME W/HG ON DISABILITY HOSPITALIZED SEV TIMES AND PICC LINE ADDED-WORKED WONDERFUL. 3RD PREGNANCY SO FAR NOT SO BAD BUT DREADING THIS NEXT WEEK B/C THAT IS WHEN IT USUALLY STARTS.
