HG Shopping list

Postby IslandDreamer » Feb 20, 2005 2:00 pm

What would you have on hand to start?

My list:
1. mouthwash, probably Scope
2. flavored fizzy waters
3. rx for home hydration
4. unisom/b6
5. lots of cereal for the family
6. extra savings in the bank
7. sitters and playmates and new games for Chris
8. mouthwash strips
9. oranges
10. juice popsicles of various juices
11. scent approved shampoos and soaps for everyone
12. air purifier/ionizer to decontaminate stinky smells
13. computer hook up in bedroom
14. rid house of all garlic/onion for several months in advance
okay, getting into actions now...back to list
15. nontummy bothering clothes
16. bleach to clean kitchen sink in case dh gets into cooking and leaving dishes to rot again....

Add your must haves. Maybe we should have PG showers for HGers :? .

Good suggestions, Suzanne!

May I add a couple more? Just off the top of my head I've thought of these.
- toilet paper
- diapers if your child is still in them and wipes
- new pjamas and/or housecoat for yourself so you don't feel so awful
spending all day in them. At least they will be new "clothes" and us
being moms how often do we get new clothes??? Maybe it
might make us feel a bit better too? I know I might not feel so self
conscious when I have people dropping by to help out if I'm dressed in
nice sleepwear rather than my old pjamas!

I'd be interested to hear what other people have to add to this list!

I'd add platic bags, bottled water, toothbrush and toothpaste or mouthwash, and change of clothes to keep in the car for those travelling incidents.
