I'm still waiting for the fear to pass . In the moment, dh sometimes gets wound up, and then I freak out until af arrives. How to overcome that?

I've been bleeding so long the fear just went away. LOL Some day my bleeding will stop (I hope) and then I bet I'll be buying a pad lock for my knees

But until the fear comes back (maybe it'll stay away?) I am having a GREAT time. Dh sure is nice to me too!

I can't imagine that the panic and freaking out will ever go away. I'm taking natural family planning instruction and my instructor keeps asking if I feel confident with the system. I understand it and understand it can be more reliable than most other forms but still...

I had to explain to her that I'm terrified until af arrives even if we haven't done anything that could have resulted in a preg! By the time we talked about the why and what I went through last year she was in tears.

This just sucks!!!! I think lots of women dread menopause but I can't wait for it to get her and done!!!

I REALLY hope to join you soon with the lack of fear. I havent quite gotten there yet. Perhaps its cuz we were just so fertile???? Im in need of some worry free sex.... and Id like it to be sober
