How much vitamin B6 do you take, just one capsule? I am on zofran but it does not ease the nausea. Does the B6.
Thanks

Debbie,
My Dr. put me on preemesis twice daily which has the right amount of b6 and has folic acid as well. I combined that with unisom. Maybe that would help.

B6 can really help. I combine it with Unisom (active ingredient doxylamine succinate).
The maximum dosage of B6 is 250 mg. More and you risk neurological damage. 75 mg of unisom is the max recommended dose.
