According to Caroline, the Motherisk counselor, I spoke with on 10/3:
Maximum B6 – 75 mg in studies (150 mg isn’t a problem).
I've been saying 250 mg, and I'm so so sorry I've been WRONG.

If you are one of the folks I posted to with the wrong maximum dosage and your doc didn't catch my error, Caroline says don't panic. Scale back for now, but don't panic. (And I have taken more, obviously
, without issues for my babies.)

I took 240mg for a week before my doc told me that I should be taking only 50mg. Interestingly, my pharmacy didn't have anything smaller than 100mg, but the tabs are scored, so it's easy to cut them in half.
