Do I need to wean off B6/Unisom or can I stop cold turkey?

I've been taking b6/unisom with pretty good success. I'm 23 wks now and figured I could quit taking it.

I stopped on Saturday and today I feel horrible. I've barely been able to eat; I've thrown up and my head is killing me.

Is it because I quit cold turkey or because hg still plagues me? With my last pg, hg ended pretty much around 20 wks which I was I thought/hoped I was ok now.

THanks

Probably HG is still hanging around. Did it really go away at 20 weeks, or did you just feel better and delt with it better? This is always a question I wonder about.

I think you should wean off it, get your body used to not having that extra help slowly. I think when our bodies are weak like this, we should not shock them. Wean your way down, and allow your body to adjust.
