I don't know what ODT means (yup...just that clueless) but I got the sublingial kind at a health food store.

Thank you very much for the replies. Also, was wondering if anyone has heard of the B12 complex sublingual? It has B6 in it, is that the same as what we need or something different? Thanks!

Yes- I have seen B12 in a sublingual form.... but B12 is different than B6. B6 is the main B vitamin to fight nausea. I think B12 helps reproduce red blood cells????? (sorry its early here.... but Im sure if you did a search on it you would find out hwat b12 does!).

Brandi,
ODT means Orally Disolveable Tablet. What on earth does sublingual mean??? Is it the same thing? Does it mean it dissolves under your tongue??
