Unisom/B6?????

Postby Brooklyn'sMomma » Dec 28, 2005 8:08 pm

Do I have to take unisom and B6 together all day or can I just take B6 by itself? Unisom makes me sooooo sleepy.

Thanks

You can absolutely do B6 by itself, though you're not going to get the same effect as the Unisom/B6. Sometimes it takes a few days to get past the sleepy effect; you can start by cutting tablets in halves or quarters until you get used to it. Hope that helps!

The sleepy effect wore off with me too. Also you can take it just at night and it does help for the next day without making you tired all day long.

The sleepy thing does wear off, but as Pamela says, smaller doses throughout the day are less exhausting.
