I've never tried yoga before, but with my regular activities (volleyball) being limited, I was thinking it might be a good way to get a little exercise and de-stress (maybe?). Anyway, does anyone have a recommendation for a video I should try - maybe one designed for pregnant woman and/or beginners? I have no idea where to even start!
Thanks,
Shannon

I really like the Yoga For Dummies video and the Pilates for Dummies. They also have the books and I think the book deals with prenatel too.

I really enjoy The Method Baby & Mom Yoga Series. There is a prenatal and postnatal video/DVD with some really nice meditation and simple chants along with lots of stretching and strengthening. Its gentle and provides a surprisingly vigorous workout. The good news for those days when you feel not so great is that its easy to pick and choose the segments that seem doable to you. Good luck!
