Anzemet is Category B, which is as safe as it gets in pregnancy.
Have you seen HER's medications page?

If the pregnacy risk category isn't on the HER meds page for a particular drug you can look it up at safefetus.com: http://www.safefetus.com/Search.asp.
Motherisk is another excellent resource for drug safety during pregnancy. They have counselors who will give you statistics and quote from studies for just about any drug you ask about. Their home line is where you ask about drug safety. They also have a NVP line where you can get advice about hyperemesis. http://www.motherisk.org/women/index.jsp
