I'm so sorry you're having a rough time and getting no help from your doc.
Hopefully someone here will have a great doc to refer you to but if not please start trying to find someone on your own. I asked some friends & family for obs they had been happy with then started making phone calls during my few mintues between vomits. I was very specific with the nurses I spoke with asking if the dr had any experience with HG and if he/she was willing to work with me. The office/dr I switched to was great. They took my call right away, the nurse listened carefully and then told me she would speak to the dr and call back. She did which was more than my other dr's office had been doing. They gave me an appt that week and when we got there he spent plenty of time going over my chart and talking with me. He already had researched more about HG and had a plan ready, along with backup ideas if they didn't work.
It was hard to make the calls but changing was the best thing I ever did.
Also, if you are sent to the ER again you might ask them if they know another dr who handles HG better. I'm not sure if they are allowed to recommend docs but it wouldn't hurt to try.
