I just wanted to let you all know that before I became a SAHM, I worked in Human Resources and specialized in employee benefits. I also had to deal with Leaves and Disabilities. If you have any questions, I'll be more than happy to try to help you. With Jackson, I HAD TO work through the HG, so I know exactly how hard it is to commute to work in traffic, puking as you go, put in a 8 - 12 hour day, commute home, and somewhere in the middle of that day throw up 20 - 30 times and often leave to go to the hospital, get fluids, and go back to work.
