I had midwives last time, but they were reluctant to give me more than 16mg zofran last time so I was looking for another MD in case I needed to switch.

Do you have any thoughts about calling some of the Doctors in your insurance and asking about their experience with HG? If they have any, maybe you and your DH could set up an interview with them. That is what DH and I did before we conceived DD. I am glad we did since my HG was severe the second time around and my Doctor was prepared to treat it the best he could. I even had a script for Zofran he wrote me after we spoke in the interview.
