OB/GYN in Fredericksburg VA

My first pregnancy resulted in horrible HG 2.5 years ago. I was a patient at Central VA OBGYN. They were always great and determined to treat the HG, but they've just become too large and too chaotic in there. It's become very impersonal and cold. Has anyone found a smaller more specialized practice that they'd recommend?
