Zofran patient assistance

Postby xylina12 » May 02, 2008 6:16 pm

Does Zofran have a patient assistance program that will help you if you have insurance but the insurance won't cover the meds? My OB phoned in a higher strength Zofran but told me not to expect to get it covered. Of course, the phone nurse is my least favorite one and of course she's always the one I get, but I still want to have a plan in place for if it's denied.

Try searching patient assistance programs, you may find more information.

Good luck.

If you get a zofran pump or zofran through an IV, its through a different department at the insurance co and more likely to be approved.
