I am disabled and on SSDI with Medicare and they will not pay for or even help pay for Zofran. I have told them that that is all that works for me and that without it I end up in the hospital and they don't care.
Has anyone else delt with Medicare and if so, how did you do it? Is there any way to get around them?

I know some people can have both medicare and medicaid at the same time. Do you think you would qualify for medicaid? It is much easier to qualify during pregnancy so if you haven't looked in to it it is worth a try.
Medicare does tend to be very difficult for anything and they probably don't have a good understanding of hyperemesis that's for sure.
