Hi Laurie,

I had this until I delievered Madison. It sux big time. The only that helped was sweedish fish and occasionlly sour patch kids... if I could tolerate them. Gum usually made it worse, as did most hard candies. Sometimes I could tolerate the cinimian altoids, but I really like them anyways. Wish I had some answers. What worked the best was just spitting it out all day long into a thermos. I hated the spit rags, as they got to wet too quickly.

i found that lemon altoids helped some. i cannot tolerate anything sweet so finding something was hard to do. the lemon is sour enough that i can stand the sweetness. i brush my teeth alot with a trace of mint toothpaste and mostly water to get the yucky film out.

its so gross and i feel for you. i know exactly what you mean and i'm searching for the same answers if you find any. best wishes

My sister has this and has had it the whole pregnancy. Nothing has helped it at all. She just spits it all into a towel. Suffice to say we had to buy new towels for our personal use lol. She cant swallow it or she would vomit instantly.
