Hello All!
Like HG wasn't enough! I am the last in my family to get this cold. Right now it is all in my head. I have plugged ears, full sinuses, running/stuffy nose, sore throat, ugh! Sorry for the whining.
I tried liquid sudafed last night before I went to bed, and woke up with a bad tummy a few hours later. I just took more, but I think that I will have tummy problems again.
Any suggestions?
Jen

Saline nose drops may help, and there are Vicks inhalers if you can stand the smell (doesn't linger like it would if you rubbed it on you.) Can you tolerate Tylenol for the pain?

I would also go for some benadryl. It can actually help the nausea some and may help to dry you out. It is an antihistamine and not a decongestant but most people do find some decongestant kind of relief.
And please don't get discouraged if your HG gets worse for a while as you get past this. I am so sorry. Sick on sick is SUCKY!

Okay, I thought that I would just give you guys an update....my cold turned into a horrible, raging sinus infection! I'm taking antibiotics! And after three days of horrible pain in my face/teeth, I am feeling better. Ooh...but finding an antibiotic that wouldn't upset the ol' tumtum...nothing from the erythromycin family!!! I am taking amoxicillin...a little tummy badness, but tolerable.
Thank you for your tips!
