Am now 28 weeks, I am still being sick, but nowhere near as bad as it was.

Does anyone know of a miracle cure for this terrible heartburn??
I am having sleepless nights from indigestion and am taking a medicine but the effects are short term and I can only take it four times a day!

Hi Andy,

I know this will not cure your heartburn but it may help. Have you tried sleeping with more pillows under your head? Sometimes having your head propped up a bit higher prevents the heartburn from coming up. Just a suggestion. I found it helped me a bit.

Hi Andy,

Have you tried sleeping in a recliner? Then you can be cozy, have your feet up, and be upright as much as you need.

Thanks for the advice, I tried propping myself up with extra pillows and had a much better nights sleep.
