Anzemet is Category B, which is as safe as it gets in pregnancy.

Motherisk is another excellent resource for drug safety during pregnancy. They have counselors who will give you statistics and quote from studies for just about any drug you ask about. Their home line is where you ask about drug safety. They also have a NVP line where you can get advice about hyperemesis.

I used Zofran but after a while the effect wore off. I then used Anzement for a brief time (it was even more expensive than the zofran per pill). THe Anzement worked GREAT and the u/s doesn't show any problems with the baby.
